Website terms

The terms should be as clear as the product.

A transparent ordering framework for a South African store built around the whole braai.
01

Supplier details

Luke Liebenberg trades as BRAAIFORM as a South African sole proprietor. Customer support is available at lukeliebenber@gmail.com and +27 82 541 7977.

The physical address for legal service and business correspondence is 69 James Adam Street, Moreleta Park, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0181, South Africa. Returns must first be arranged through WhatsApp or email so that the correct instructions and reference can be provided.

02

Orders and billing

BRAAIFORM accepts once-off orders only. The customer reviews the products, discounts, delivery charge and final ZAR total before continuing to Yoco.

An order is accepted only after Yoco confirms payment to BRAAIFORM. The customer then receives an order number and on-screen summary. BRAAIFORM may contact the customer if fulfilment needs information that was missing or unclear at checkout.

03

Product information, price and availability

Product pages and checkout show the product description, price, applicable promotional saving, Aramex delivery charge and known use limitations before payment. BRAAIFORM does not use a fake stock count, rolling deadline or reset-on-visit countdown.

If an item becomes unavailable or an obvious information or pricing error affects an order, BRAAIFORM will contact the customer promptly and offer a lawful correction, substitute where agreed, or refund. No substitute will be sent without the customer’s agreement.

04

Payment and order acceptance

Payment is handled on Yoco’s hosted checkout. Only payment methods enabled by Yoco for the connected BRAAIFORM merchant account are displayed. BRAAIFORM does not receive or store full card or wallet credentials.

A return from Yoco's hosted page is not treated as proof of payment. BRAAIFORM records payment only after a signed server notification is verified. The customer receives an order number and on-screen order summary; the owner dashboard records the order and its fulfilment status.

05

Delivery, returns and statutory rights

The shipping and returns pages form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, waives or reduces a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under South African consumer law.

Tracked Aramex Store-to-Door delivery is R99.99 below R650 and free from R650 before the multi-item discount. Special-delivery areas may require an additional charge confirmed before dispatch.
