What we collect

When checkout is used, BRAAIFORM stores the customer’s name, contact details, South African delivery address, delivery instructions, ordered items, charges, Yoco payment status and Aramex fulfilment information.

BRAAIFORM never receives or stores full card or wallet credentials. Those are entered on Yoco’s hosted payment page.

Information needed for an order

BRAAIFORM will collect only what is reasonably needed for a stated purpose. Card and wallet credentials are entered on Yoco's hosted checkout; BRAAIFORM does not receive or store full payment credentials.

• Identity and contact details needed to confirm and support the order.
• Delivery address and delivery instructions needed for fulfilment.
• Order, return and support history needed to provide the service and meet legal duties.
• Fraud-prevention and technical information needed to keep checkout and the site secure.
• Marketing preferences only where the customer has made a valid choice.

Why information will be used

Personal information may be used to process and deliver an order, communicate about it, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, keep required business records and comply with South African law.

Optional direct marketing will use a lawful basis and a clear way to opt out. Ordering will not depend on consenting to unrelated marketing.

Service providers, retention and security

Information is shared only where needed to run the store: Sites provides hosting and database infrastructure, Yoco processes payment, Aramex fulfils delivery, and WhatsApp processes a conversation when the customer chooses to message BRAAIFORM.

Order information is retained for fulfilment, returns, tax and legal recordkeeping. Analytics information is reviewed for store improvement and should not be kept longer than needed for that purpose.

Your privacy choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, people may ask about personal information held about them, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw marketing consent, or ask for deletion where retention is no longer required.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to lukeliebenber@gmail.com or through the connected WhatsApp Business number. A person may also raise a concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Cookies and measurement

BRAAIFORM uses a randomly generated browser-session identifier in local storage and first-party events to measure page views, product views, clicks, scroll depth, cart activity and checkout progress. The system does not record typed form values, full card details or advertising-profile data. Meta advertising tools are not active yet; any future advertising integration will be documented before activation.
